Responsibilities
Implement sales & marketing strategic plans.
Formulate and execute business development strategies to meet both short-term and long-term revenue goals.
Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales target.
Conduct market analysis, prepare forecasts, and deliver regular performance reports to management.
Localize and implement global product strategies to suit the Thai market.
Maintain high standards in customer service, CRM usage, and continuous process improvement.
Assist in managing the P&L.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in managerial level.
Experienced in the medical devices industry and demonstrating products in hospitals and clinics.
Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in team management.
Strong communication skills.
