- Create an effective marketing and sales strategy.
- Determine target markets and price models.

- Experience in sales and marketing in the hospitality or real estate industry.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience in sales and marketing in the hospitality or real estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English, 3rd language would be an advantage.
- Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving and result driven.
