Our client is the one of the world’s leading manufacturers of end-of-line packaging machines, provide to pharmaceutical, cosmetics and consumers groups rank among customers. Our client has been founded in Thailand and is now looking for a dynamic and proactive Regional Sales Manager to supporting and expanding the business across the APAC region.
Regional Sales Manager (Packaging Machine)
The successful applicant should be confident in fulfilling the following responsibilities;
Key responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media.
  • Creating and building new business relations with prospect
  • Maintaining strong business relations with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.
  • Creating and implementing a sales plan for the responsible market.
  • Report updates on sales pipeline and sales projections with management regularly.
  • Being responsible for market analysis, consumer insights, competitors and market dynamics.
  • Participate in exhibitions or conferences to find potential customers.
  • Project coordination support between client and German headquarter as required. 
  • Handling any other jobs as assigned.
Key Qualification/ Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or other related fields.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in machinery sales.
  • Independent and hard- working style, self-starter with driven to achieve sales target.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Analytical, strategic skills and logical thinking with a sound understanding of commercial businesses.
  • Creative, problem solver with ability and experience in understanding needs of customers and delivering solutions.
  • Ability to translate complex technology processes into meaningful solutions that address business needs.
  • Flexible and autonomous personality, ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong commitment to sales and service with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Good learning attitude
