Job Description
- Analyze bidding and tender documents thoroughly.
- Supervise estimation and tendering personnel, ensuring accurate quantity surveys.
- Conduct on-site surveys to gather project information.
- Clearly communicate project details and conditions to team members
- Engage with clients to clarify project requirements before bid submissions.
- Coordinate with the Tender department and participate in tender meetings.
- Prepare the cost estimation covered for Infrastructure (Factory, warehouse, instrument, etc.) prepare of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) during the bidding periods.
- Ensure high-quality work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field.
- At least 10 years of working experience as quantity surveyor or estimate engineer in construction field.
- Proficient in determining unit prices and material specifications.
- Experience in bidding, estimating costs, and analyzing construction plans.
- Experience working with Japan Company is advantage.
- Good command in English (able to communicate with multinational clients)
- Team communications, Management time, Responsibility skills and willing to work hard.
- Experience working with Japan Company is advantage.
