Position: Quality Manager

Job Description:
- Responsible for all QA/QC activities and operation to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications
- Support and Management on employee of Quality Assurance, Quality Control by plan.
- Follow up, determine target and performance evaluate.
- Troubleshoot in-coming, in-process until out-going processes, improve process to be increased the job efficiency.
- To communicate with client in order to confirm the quality to meet with their expectation.
- Maintain complaint and nonconformance processing, including root cause and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the quality.
- Support internal and customer audit.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related field.
- At least 3 years working experience in management level or 8 years as a senior quality engineer.
- Has experience in electronic automotive chain background.
- Good command of English especially conversation skills.
- Have knowledge in 8D report and quality improvement.
