Position: QA Engineer (Japanese Skills)
Salary: 35,000 – 50,000 THB/Month
Location: Northern Estate Industrial, Lamphun
Responsibilities:
Window for customer complaint and escalation
Root cause analysis and define corrective action of claim product including issue countermeasure report such as 8D report
Verification at GENBA and corrective action effectiveness
Standardize corrective action and preventive action as systematic
Apply lessons learned for similar model / process
Summarize monthly report
Monthly meeting with customer
Main response to customer audit
Monitor, analysis, and distribute customer satisfaction
Review, train, deploy and realization of customer requirement
Window from waiver request
Cooperate with environmental team to comply with ISO45001, ISO9001, ISO16949, ISO14001
Qualifications:
Graduated In Engineering filed.
Experience in industrial factory
Good command in Japanese (at least JLPT N3)
