Position: QA Engineer (Japanese Skills)
Salary: 35,000 – 50,000 THB/Month
Location: Northern Estate Industrial, Lamphun
Responsibilities:
- Window for customer complaint and escalation
- Root cause analysis and define corrective action of claim product including issue countermeasure report such as 8D report
- Verification at GENBA and corrective action effectiveness
- Standardize corrective action and preventive action as systematic
- Apply lessons learned for similar model / process
- Summarize monthly report
- Monthly meeting with customer
- Main response to customer audit
- Monitor, analysis, and distribute customer satisfaction
- Review, train, deploy and realization of customer requirement
- Window from waiver request
- Cooperate with environmental team to comply with ISO45001, ISO9001, ISO16949, ISO14001
Qualifications:
- Graduated In Engineering filed.
- Experience in industrial factory
- Good command in Japanese (at least JLPT N3)
- 8D report knowledge
