Position: Production Manager
Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 THB/Month
Location: Prachinburi
Responsibilities:
Management of 5 departments (Surface Treatment Team, Manufacturing Team, Quality Control Team), totaling approximately 100 employees
Personnel management based on production management plans, overseeing production, ensuring production meets plans, and implementing improvements
ISO management, handling and management of ISO-related documents
Response to issues related to electrical equipment
Experience in the automotive parts-related industry (preferred)
Knowledge of IATF16949
Experience in electrical and facilities-related fields
Experience worked at metal products
Qualifications:
Over 5 yrs Experience in manufacturing industry as production manager
Strong leadership skills
ISO9001 knowledge
Document creation (Office software) skill
