Position: Production Manager
Location: Rama 2, Samut Sakhon
Our client is the global manufacturing of specialist filter solutions and related scientific services. The head office in Singapore. Manufacturing is open across Europe, America, and Asia, and 3 innovation centers in 120 countries.
Responsibilities:
• Drive sustainable improvement and build solid leading team in production.
• Ensure that the implementation of work performance in Production Department in line effectively.
• Ensure overall implementation of production department to meet the plan and improve customer satisfaction.
• responsible for the technical management, supervision, and control of industrial production processes, particularly 24 hours production work shifts effectively.
• Responsible for developing the work performance of employees so that they can work more effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure that all machinery, labour, and existing materials have been managed effectively and control the maintenance costs.
• Manage the operational procedures to achieve the standards of work safety, quality, and environmental standards in accordance with manufacturing standards.
• Manage reports of the performance management and improve subordinates’ performance.
• Initiate and implement the new and ongoing projects improvement.
Qualifications:
• Educational background in Engineering, industrial engineering is preferrable.
• Experience at least 5 years as Production Manager from manufacturing business (FMCG, Consumer, Automotive, Mass Production is preferable)
• Strong knowledge of IWS, LEAN Six Sigma, or any other process improvement process.
• Active, fast learner, good time management and initiative.
• Good people management skill with experience in managing team.
• Strong English communication.
