Position: Plant Manager (Automotive)
Salary: 200,000 – 350,000 THB / month
Welfares: Bonus
Location: Chonburi
Working Day: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership and direction to the production team.
Develop and implement production strategies aligned with company goals.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Oversee the planning and scheduling of production activities.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
Manage production budgets and control costs.
Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
Implement and maintain quality control systems and processes.
Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
Drive initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Recruit, train, and develop production staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management.
Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement action plans based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
Proven experience 15 years in a production management role within the automotive manufacturing industry (larger size than 1,000+).
Direct experience of handling Plant Manager, GM or above over 5 years.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using production management software and tools.
Fluent in English.
