Our client is FMCG Manufacturing Industries. They are looking for potential candidate who can fulfill their requirement as following;

Position :                               Production & Material Planning Manager
Location :                              Chonburi
Business Type :                    FMGC
Working day :                        Mon – Fri 
Benefit :

• Total Salary Package: 90,000-120,000 THB/ month (negotiate depend on experience)
• Allowance ,Fixed+Performance bonus.

Qualifications:    

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistic & Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years experience in, Material management Purchasing, material control, production planning, warehouse,BOI&Import-Export in manufacturing.
• Strong in English communication.
• Strong management, Negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred candidate who has experience in the food or FMCG industry.
• Have knowledge in SAP,WMS systems.

Job description

• Oversee inventory control and logistics management in order to ensure stock and on time delivery.
• Develop and implement material&supply chain strategies and plans to ensure that departmental goals and establish KPIs that.  
• Managing the import and export of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods under the BOI scheme with all required documentation.
• Control cost reduction ,control budget ,customer order management, BOI&Import-Export, customer service, Material &Production Planning , control Inventory, Logistics& Delivery, Purchasing, control
• Coordinate with internal & external parties when received information of Plan Rolling Forecast, MDS, MPS; in order to proceed on PFF/MRP as effectively
• Work with IQA & Suppliers on claims of Non-Conformed Materials
• Provide to ISO center the monthly KPIs report of materials management
• Work with  RD & CI team for sourcing & developing on Materials Cost Saving
• In attendances at the company has set up a management review, a monthly meeting and any other relevant
• To support activities that the organization set up with the aim to achieve such as  5S,ISO,Safety and other relevant.
