The Product Marketing Manager plays an important role in making sure that products or services are successfully promoted in the market. This person plans and carries out marketing strategies that help products stand out and reach the right customers. The job includes tasks like creating brand positioning, managing product launches, running marketing campaigns and working closely with different teams in the company such as Product Development, Sales and Digit al Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Expand market reach by working closely with Sales, E-commerce and distribution partners.
Prepare promotional materials and organize events as part of new product launches and Go-to-Market strategies.
Create marketing plans for assigned products and ensure they align with company objectives.
Define how products should be positioned, segmented and targeted toward the right audience.
Review market trends, competitor activities and consumer behavior to keep strategies effective.
Track performance indicators such as ROI, market share, cost efficiency and overall sales results.
Oversee the marketing budget and ensure resources are used effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
More than 10 years of experience in marketing or product management with background in E-commerce, Fulfillment or Supply Chain products including WMS and Marketplace.
Hands-on experience in product launches, channel planning and working across multiple teams.
Strong analytical ability to interpret KPIs, ROI and marketing data.
Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution.
Strong leadership, problem-solving and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
