Job Summary: The Product Manager will be responsible for the successful management and development of multiple product lines for medical devices. This role involves defining product strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.
Job Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps based on market analysis and customer needs.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
Product Development: Develop product requirements documents, materials, user stories.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize product performance throughout its lifecycle, including post-launch support and improvements.
Customer Engagement: Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), centers of excellence, and customers to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Science, Marketing, any relevant field.
5+ years of experience in product management within the medical device industry.
Strong understanding of the global medical device landscape and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in market assessment, competitive landscaping, and strategic business planning.
Excellent in English skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
