Position: Operations Manager
Location: Chatuchak, Bangkok
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00 (flexible to 9:00–18:00)
Salary: Up to 70,000 THB/month + performance bonuses
About the Role
Lead Thailand operations for an international F&B tech company. Oversee customer success, POS & QR ordering system deployment, and operational processes. Work closely with the Founder to ensure smooth onboarding and market adaptation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding, training, and support
- Oversee POS system deployment and customization for Thai market
- Handle operational logistics and vendor coordination
- Provide market insights and assist in team growth
- Support English-Thai translation when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Operations/IT
- 3–5 years in operations or customer success (tech/SaaS/F&B preferred)
- Fluent in Thai & English
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Preferred: POS/SaaS experience, CRM tools, PDPA knowledge, basic tech troubleshooting
