POSITION: OPERATION MANAGER

SALARY: 80,000 – 100,000 THB
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead and optimize our operational processes within the medical equipment business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire operational lifecycle, from supply chain and inventory management to warehouse and logistics, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
Lead and manage all aspects of operations, including supply chain, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of medical equipment.
Implement robust inventory control systems to optimize stock levels, minimize obsolescence, and ensure product availability.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams for accurate demand forecasting and supply planning.
Ensure all operational activities comply with local and international regulations, including those specific to medical devices (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, GMP).
Implement and maintain quality management systems within operations.
Manage and resolve operational issues, deviations, and non-conformances.
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing operations team.
Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the department.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains across all operational functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, including at least 3 years in a team management role. Experience in the medical equipment or healthcare industry is preferred.
- Understanding of quality standards and regulatory requirements for medical devices (e.g., ISO 13485, GMP, local FDA regulations) is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
