Job Descriptions:
Lead seasonal buying and OTB planning aligned with corporate strategy and market needs.
Manage product selection, merchandising, and pricing across retail, wholesale, and online channels.
Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure timely product availability and ordering.
Monitor sales, inventory, and margin KPIs to optimize assortment and improve ROI.
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and recommend actions like markdowns and replenishments.
Oversee inventory flow and coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and finance teams to manage stock and payments.
Partner with marketing to plan promotions, pricing strategies, and campaign activations.
Handle logistics processes including shipment tracking, import documentation, and customs clearance.
Study consumer behavior and market trends to guide product and pricing decisions.
Support store-level inventory needs and collaborate with operations and retail teams.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Align product storytelling with marketing campaigns and seasonal launches.
Prepare product briefs and train retail teams to ensure proper presentation and brand alignment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
10+ years of experience in the apparel retail industry (sportswear or fashion), with a strong background in retail operations and leadership roles
Skilled in analyzing sales data and market trends, including forecasting, budgeting, and pricing to support data-driven decisions
Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and operational management capabilities
Excellent communication skills and resilience under pressure
Proficient in English, able to work with multi-national team
Hands-on experience with retail systems (POS, ERP), Excel (including VLOOKUP), and Power BI
