Maintenance Manager
Pharma manufacturing unit: Samut Pakarn, Thailand.

Salary: 100,000 - 120,000 THB / Month
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Maintenance Operations for Pharma process and Packaging lines, ensuring reliability and efficiency across Blister, Sleeve, Cartoning, Shrink, and Bottle Packing lines, as well as Oral Solid Dosage equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate breakdowns, reduce maintenance costs, implement energy-saving measures, and enhance safety protocols.
- Coach and lead a team of Senior Technicians and Technicians, fostering skill development and implementing standardized processes.
- Enforce adherence to Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring consistency and quality.
- Initiate and oversee productivity enhancement projects, leveraging problem-solving skills to optimize maintenance costs and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years of maintenance management experience.
- Preferred experience in Pharmaceutical or Food & Beverage industries.
- Proficient in English & Thai (speaking, reading, writing).
- Experience collaborating with multinational teams and expatriate colleagues.
- Demonstrated expertise in executing Greenfield projects or Brownfield expansions.
