Position: Senior Human Resources Specialist – Japanese Language Proficiency Required
Location: Samrong (Yellow line)
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8.15-17.30
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between Japanese employees and the HR department, providing comprehensive support and guidance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent, focusing on cultural alignment and engagement.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with Japanese labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with management to address organizational needs and foster a positive work culture.
- Lead and mentor junior HR team members, ensuring their professional growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive 10 years of experience in HR roles, with a track record of working in a global or multinational setting.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese (JLPTN2 or equal) and communicational in English.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and cultural nuances.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
