Responsibilities:
Serve as strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Support talent management efforts including onboarding, performance management, and career development.
Drive organizational development initiatives such as change management and culture transformation.
Lead HR projects and initiatives aligned with business needs. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and communicate HR policies effectively.
Develop organizational development strategy and identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead change management efforts and ensure effective communication throughout.
Design and deliver leadership development programs. Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as HRBP in dynamic environments. Strong grasp of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with ability to drive change.
Proficient in organizational development and analytics.
