HRBP Manager (BTS Accessible) -- 150K MAX
Responsibilities:
- Support HR programs; Performance and Talent Management.
- Implement employment rules, ISO standards, and quality initiatives.
- Manage hiring and benefits budgets.
- Act as an HR business partner for employee relations and benefits.
- Oversee payroll, incentives, allowances, and benefits.
- Coordinate HR initiatives, including recruitment and training.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree or Masters in HR.
- 15 years of HR Management experience.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
- Strong people management and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with good judgment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
