Hr&GA Manager

Salary:                      80,000 – 120,000 THB / Month plus bonus
Location:                  Rayong and Bangkok office



Responsibilities:
 

• Managing HR&GA department.
• Report to the Direcotor and MD.
• Develop and update compensation, benefits by monitoring market trend and analyze statistical data and reports.
• Implement and update HR and company policies, job duties, salary and promotion system

• Strong management and leadership.
• Mindset for Strategic, Critical and Logical thinking.
• Result oriented both Company and Employees.
• Positive work attitude and having ownership mind
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self motivated to learn and try new things.
• Good in English communication.
