OVERVIEW
The Company is Japanese, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as 

HR, Admin, Visa & Wok Permit Staff (Workplace around BTS Thonglor, Bangkok)

 

Position:           HR, Admin, Visa & Wok Permit Staff 

Location:          BTS Thonglor, Bangkok

Business:          Trading

Working hour: Monday – Friday, 9.30 AM – 18.30 PM

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Handle overall loops in HR, Admin, Visa work permit.
  • Doing visa work permit and send it by own, without suing outsourcing.
  • Doing visa, work Permit, and 90 days report for foreigner staff, Non-B Visa. 

  • Doing, filling, sending government document such as DBD, Revenue, SSO and etc.
  • Support HR team in overall scopes.
  • Support recruitment, post job advertisement, pre-screen, interview appointment, doing recruitment document.
  • Time attendant, leave record, OT, SSO
  • Renew contract for building, company car, maids.
  • Support office maintenance, welfare and benefits, purchasing office suppliers.
  • Handle company event, uniforms.
  • Travelling arrangement, booking car, hotel, flights and etc.
  • Other tasks assigned in related job.

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

  • This position, salary around 20,000 - 24,000 THB
  • Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Over 1 years’ experience in visa work permit, admin, HR.
  • Ability to communicate in English with foreigners.
  • Able to work under pressure and different culture.
  • Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel
  • Able to travel to work around BTS Thomglor, Bangkok
