Position: Head of Human Resources - Japanese Speaking

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the HR department, overseeing all Human Resources Management functions.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's objectives.
- Manage recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and training processes for a diverse and international workforce.
- Collaborate with management to foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR-related policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Collaborate with department heads to support and execute HR initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably within the logistics and manufacturing industry.
- Fluency in Japanese (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Knowledgeable in ISO9001, ISO14001, Employment Law, HR policy
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to change.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations in the applicable region.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification or relevant degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with HR and procurement software and systems.
