Role & Responsibilities:
Oversees all aspects of human resources within an organization, encompassing strategic planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with labor laws
Being a change leader and linkage between employee and manager in the line function
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to achieve corporate/business objectives
Contribute to the business strategy especially people strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize and build organization capabilities, behavior, structure, and process
Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirement in line with the functional / business strategy
Manage and develop full spectrum of human resources, compliance with labour laws & regulations and corporate policy, all including benefit & welfare, HR administrations, employee relations, human resources development, performance management and reward & recognition programs.
Ensure HR policy, procedures, practice and compliance of SCCC is aligned
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business. Administration, or related field
At least 8 years in Management role with strong experience in HR Business Partner & HRM & HRD and solid supervising skill.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Solid Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities.
Good command of English
