Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversees all aspects of human resources within an organization, encompassing strategic planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with labor laws
- Being a change leader and linkage between employee and manager in the line function
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to achieve corporate/business objectives
- Contribute to the business strategy especially people strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize and build organization capabilities, behavior, structure, and process
- Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirement in line with the functional / business strategy
- Manage and develop full spectrum of human resources, compliance with labour laws & regulations and corporate policy, all including benefit & welfare, HR administrations, employee relations, human resources development, performance management and reward & recognition programs.
- Ensure HR policy, procedures, practice and compliance of SCCC is aligned
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business. Administration, or related field
- At least 8 years in Management role with strong experience in HR Business Partner & HRM & HRD and solid supervising skill.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Solid Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities.
- Good command of English
