Job Description:
- Analyze salary data for review guidelines.
- Develop global compensation and benefits rules linked to Performance Management.
- Innovate reward programs and pay structure.
- Ensure external competitiveness and standardize job titles.
- Assist in refining Global Grading framework and Global Mobility processes.
- Provide HR analytics and insights.
- Perform other assignments as delegated by the Function Head.
- Other as assignment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Political Science, Human Resources Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of Compensation and Benefits, HR data analytics experience.
- Strong analytical skills, including job evaluation and analysis.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and time management.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office; Power BI or Dashboard skills a plus.
- Fluent in English.
