Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing financial strategy and planning.
Prepare and present financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, tax, and audit functions.
Analyze financial data to provide management information on cost control. Evaluate cost-saving initiatives.
Cash flow management and cash forecast. Manage capital expenditures. Ensure effective management of capital.
Monitor and manage the company’s financial performance against the budget.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Leadership and team management. Lead and develop the finance team. Ensure effective financial activities.
Streamline financial processes and systems to improve efficiency.
Implement and maintain an effective internal control system.
Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
Manage all tax-related transactions to ensure compliance with local tax rules including corporation tax, VAT, and duty, etc.
