Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementing financial strategy and planning.
Prepare and present financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, tax, and audit functions.
- Analyze financial data to provide management information on cost control. Evaluate cost-saving initiatives.
- Cash flow management and cash forecast. Manage capital expenditures. Ensure effective management of capital.
- Monitor and manage the company’s financial performance against the budget.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership and team management. Lead and develop the finance team. Ensure effective financial activities.
- Streamline financial processes and systems to improve efficiency.
- Implement and maintain an effective internal control system.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Manage all tax-related transactions to ensure compliance with local tax rules including corporation tax, VAT, and duty, etc.
