Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting and Management Reporting
Oversee AP, AR, and GL to ensure timely and accurate financial processing and reporting.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with local and group requirements.
Equipped with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking mindset to interpret financial information, provide data-driven insights to align various business decisions.
2. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning
Lead rolling forecast and annual budgeting processes; conduct variance analysis and risk assessments.
Align financial plans with local business strategy and group performance targets.
Partner with Sales and Operations teams to track key Operational and Financial KPIs.
3. ERP & Systems Oversight
Manage the financial modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (new version of Microsoft Navision) and other teams to ensure system efficiency.
Support continuous improvement projects related to system integration, automation, and reporting.
4. Compliance, Tax & Statutory Reporting
Ensure full compliance with Thai accounting and tax regulations (PND.50, PND.51) and statutory submissions (BOJ.5, DBD).
Maintain robust internal controls and oversee all audit-related processes.
Act as key liaison with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and consultants.
Understand and manage two legal entities in Thailand (for holding and trading).
5. Leadership & Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to ensure accuracy, collaboration, and growth.
Promote streamlined workflows, best practices, and strong internal governance.
Strong communication skills are essential to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance managerial role; international or matrix organization experience is highly valued.
Must hold CPD registration in Thailand; CPA Thailand preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Thai GAAP, IFRS, and local tax law.
Strong command of ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
Excellent spoken and written English, IELTS level 6 / TOFEL level 80 / TOEIC level 660.
High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to operate in a dynamic business environment.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ideally to have experience working in ISO9001 environment or ISO9001 preparation for Finance.
