Position: Engineering Supervisor
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related fields.
At least 5 years of work experience in maintenance, control, or installation of machinery.
Deep understanding of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) operations and automated control systems.
Must own a private vehicle and be able to commute to work independently.
Candidates who have completed the Senior Energy Responsible Person (Electrical Theory) training course will be given special consideration.
Job Description:
Plan and oversee the installation of new plastic injection molding machines, including electrical systems, hydraulics, and cooling systems, ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
Define and adjust injection parameters (e.g., Temperature, Pressure, Speed, Holding time) to ensure optimal production.
Plan and execute scheduled machinery maintenance to prevent major breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when machinery malfunctions, covering mechanical, hydraulic, electronic, and PLC systems.
Propose machine improvement strategies to enhance Cycle Time or reduce energy consumption.
Supervise and manage the stock of essential spare parts to ensure they are available for timely repairs.
