Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day operations, SOP, facilities, and overall performance of Spa & Wellness center.
- Execute a business plan and lead a team to follow the management team's direction.
- Work coordinate with other department heads and hotel management team.
- Analyze financial results, set up and evaluate budgets.
- Create a marketing campaign for growing the revenue including CRM program to maintain the existing customer base.
- Perform as a mentor and trainer for Spa & Wellness staffs.
- Monitor staffs service quality and provide comments to assist them improve their performance.
- Handle any additional responsibilities given by the management team.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in a manager or higher level in a 5-star spa/wellness resort.
- Had experienced in pre-opening team is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the medical, spa & wellness.
- Highly motivated, Positive attitude, Well-groomed with interpersonal and leadership skill.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
