Key Responsibilities
Define the vision, strategy, and direction for the asset management company to achieve both short-term and long-term business objectives.
Oversee and manage all company operations to ensure efficiency, transparency, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, investors, clients, and regulatory authorities to enhance trust and the company’s reputation.
Analyze and evaluate new business opportunities, including business expansion, investments, and the development of new products/services.
Supervise risk management and internal control processes to ensure effective governance.
Foster and develop a professional, ethical, and collaborative organizational culture.
Regularly report business performance and key issues to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
At least 10 years of senior executive (C-level) experience in financial services, investment, or asset management.
Strong knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the asset management industry.
Excellent organizational management, strategic planning, and business decision-making skills.
High leadership capability with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
