The Dean of BBA International Programs oversees all aspects of the university’s international Bachelor of Business Administration programs. This role ensures academic quality, student success, and global competitiveness while managing faculty and building partnerships with international institutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with international standards.
- Maintain high-quality teaching and learning outcomes for BBA programs.
- Supervise admissions, student advising, and academic operations for international BBA programs.
- Monitor program performance and implement improvements.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty members.
- Encourage research and innovative teaching methods.
Support student activities, internships, and exchange programs.
Promote cultural diversity and inclusion within the program.
- Build partnerships with foreign universities and industry for joint programs and internships.
- Represent the program at international education fairs and conferences.
- Manage budgets, resources, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years in higher education, with at least 5 years in academic leadership.
- Experience managing international or English-language programs.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural management abilities.
- Knowledge of accreditation and global business education trends.
- Fluent in English and Thai
