Position: Corporate Planning
Salary: 100,000 THB +/- (Negotiable)
Location: Sathorn, Bangkok
Our client is an agri-platform to provide comprehensive support to farmers, aiming to improve farming efficiency, sustainability, and ultimately increase their prosperity.

Responsibilities:
Finance Strategy:
- Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, including budget formulation and variance analysis.
- Support the development of medium-term management plans and annual business plans.
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as target management for transaction volume, number of farmers, and other relevant metrics.
- Prepare comprehensive reporting materials for internal stakeholders (e.g., management, shareholders) and external partners.
Sales and Business Planning:
- Lead the conceptualization and planning of new businesses and services within the agricultural sector.
- Negotiate and build collaborative schemes with key partner companies, including trading companies, manufacturers, and local businesses.
- Design and support the execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and business feasibility assessments, including simple valuations, to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Corporate Planning or Business Planning within a corporate environment or consulting firm.
- Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing data and creating compelling presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience in coordinating and negotiating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Practical experience in sales planning or business development.
- Experience in promoting and managing projects in collaboration with multiple departments.
- Prior work experience in a startup or new business phase organization is highly desirable.
