Operation Director

This role carries senior and professional responsibility for the development and delivery of all estates and facilities services across the Group. The role is responsible in provide building and construction expertise to support the development of the organization and be the principal advisor on all land, property, estates and facilities matters to the Executives

Job Responsibilities:-

•        Lead the estate and facilities service to ensure the delivery of high quality services from the resources available and in line with relevant policies, procedures and practices.
•        Ensure that the potential of the estate and facilities are optimized effectively to deliver high quality care and excellent ratings from our internal and external customers.
•        Ensure the development and implementation of property, estates and facilities management policies, procedures and systems, which are fully integrated with the Group’s processes and values.
•        Preparing and managing the Group’s capital programme budgets and delivering schemes to time and cost.
•        Working closely with Sales & Marketing team to make recommendation on suitable layout of the estate and ensure timely project management is in place for all estates development projects
•        Ensure responsibility for the provision of Health and Safety advice including Fire, Security, Manual Handling etc., in liaison with the Health and Safety Manager.
