CEO

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability across the company's distribution and manufacturing operations.
• Oversee all aspects of the company's commercial and manufacturing activities, including sales, marketing, production, supply chain, logistics and quality control.
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business strategies to expand market share, increase sales revenue and enhance brand presence.
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs while maintaining high product quality standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and employee engagement to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing manufacturing, distribution, and consumer goods.
• Provide leadership and direction to a diverse team of executives and employees, fostering collaboration, teamwork, and professional development.
• Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and risks for the company.
• Represent the company to stakeholders including investors, government authorities, industry associations, and the public.
   

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven track record of successful leadership as a CEO, COO, or senior executive in a consumer goods distribution and manufacturing company, preferably in Thailand.
• Strong understanding of both commercial and manufacturing operations, including sales, marketing, production planning, inventory management, and quality assurance.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective business strategies to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain partnerships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Sound financial acumen and experience managing budgets, financial performance, and P&L accountability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate the company's vision and goals.
• High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism, with a commitment to corporate governance and compliance.
• Fluency in Thai and English languages.
