Business Lead (Creative Agency, Healthcare)

• Spearhead business leadership initiatives for The Company healthcare sector  
• Take charge of the digital transformation requirements for healthcare brands, cultivating capabilities, and providing guidance for market expansion.
• Cultivate an extensive understanding of markets across various countries in the region to formulate clear and strategic briefs.
• Lead new business pitches, incorporating the group’s innovative solutions as necessary.
• Understand client requirements to brief internal teams, pinpoint essential pitch resources, and guide the organization through the pitch process.

• At least 5+ years of working experience in the related field
• Background in strategic management in creative agency is preferred.
• Strong account management experience within healthcare related business with solid presentation and communication skills; strong customer focus – promoting customer satisfaction, resolution and loyalty
• Ability to lead the business, identify business opportunity in the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare sectors.
• Ability in creative communication, content development in healthcare related
• Fluent in Thai and English
