BOI&Import-Export Manager

Our client is FMCG Manufacturing Industries. They are looking for a potential candidate who can fulfill their requirement as following;

Position :                               BOI&Import-Export Manager
Location :                              Chonburi
Business Type :                    FMGC
Working day :                        Mon – Fri 
Benefit :

• Total Salary Package:  80,000 – 120,000 THB/ month (negotiate depend on experience)
• Allowance ,Fixed+Performance bonus.

Qualifications:    

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistic & Supply Chain Management or relate field.
• Minimum 8 years experience in customs clearance, BOI, Logistics import-export in Manufacturing.
• Strong management, Negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Prefer candidate who has experience in Food or FMCG and consumer industry.
• Fluent in English comunicate.

Job description

• Perform BOI tasks regarding all necessary processes as required by BOI rule and regulation and processing all documentation concerning BOI requirements.
• Co-operate with shipping and freight forwarders regarding customs processes.
• Handling and managing all customs clearance operations.
• Prepare import and export documents, according to the applicable Freezone rules
• Handle daily import & export, shipping issues and documents for customs formalities.
• Ensure the integrity information of customs before informing the relevant parties.
  Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
• Supervising and monitoring customs clearance employees/team members.
• Coordinating with related department & providing support with customer issues.
• Advise relevant internal departments on customs technical data, tariff classification and applicable duty & tax rate of vehicles and vehicle component .   
• Ensure regular BOI reporting is done for all BOI projects at company level
