Key Responsibilities
- Turn company goals into clear plans and measurable targets.
- Use data analysis, forecasting, and business modeling to help guide important decisions.
- Review and analyze data to find trends and useful insights.
- Create easy-to-understand dashboards and track key metrics (like cost per lead and conversion rates).
- Improve workflows and automate processes using CRM and ERP tools.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business strategy, operations, or digital transformation.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Good knowledge of data management, digital workflows, and business modeling
- Experience with CRM/ERP platforms and process automation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
