Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Salary range: 35K – 50K
Work Location: Rayong
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives
Lead and manage the sales team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation
Monitor sales performance and report regularly to senior management
Identify new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and retention
Provide technical support and product information when needed
Handle quotations, manufacturer inquiries, order processing, and complaint resolution
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Analyze competitors and adjust strategies accordingly
Prepare and present market analysis reports
Organize and lead sales training programs
Continuously acquire knowledge of new products
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets
Manage sales documentation and contracts
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical or wastewater treatment industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good communication in English skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and chemicals.
Own car, valid driver’s license.
