Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing customers: quotations, manufacturer coordination, order processing, and complaint handling.
- Develop new customers and expand the client base (Rayong focuses heavily on new business).
- Stay updated on new chemical products and provide technical information when needed.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through regular client visits and prompt issue resolution.
- Prepare sales strategies, forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Lead, train, and evaluate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Support documentation, contracts, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Occasionally deliver small reagent products to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- English: Intermediate level
- Knowledge of chemicals (excluding plastic and oil).
- Own car for business use.
- No sales experience required if the candidate has passion + chemical knowledge.
- Acceptable backgrounds: Agriculture, Pharmacy, or Mechanical Engineering
