The company provides hydrostatic drive technology, forklift. In this time, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Technical Support and Trainer to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Giving all service and technical support on all products to clients.
- Resolving service and technical problems through telephone call or e-mail primarily, if deemed necessary to visit customer.
- Organize service and technical training; diagnostic software and tools.
- Needs to understand and introduce Company Software.
Qualification:
- Male / Female, aged 25-40 years old.
- Thai Nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
- At least 2-3 years in product range and/or customer training will be advantage.
- Fluent in English skills; writing and communication.
- Good in computer literacy.
- Having Driving License.
- Able to travel upcountry and oversea.
- Able to work at Pathumthani province.
Working hour: Mon-Fri, 08:30 -16:00
