Our client, Japanese manufacturing business, located in Sathorn area. Now they are seeking for candidate to join as;
Job Description:
- Oversee full spectrum of HR system to support organization management and development
- Work closely with management team to create HR strategy and policy
- Implement and develop employee development, succession planning, salary structure, market benchmark, etc.
- Provide HR expertise to facilitate communication and support employee to be efficient
- Manage overall administration related activities
- Be responsible for full cycle recruitment
- Contribute to the development project across the organization
Qualification:
- Thai native speaker
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Over 10 years’ experience in Human Resource Management
- Knowledge in organization development
- Good command of English
