Our client is world leading's Automotive Manufacturing, we are now looking for potential candidate for;
Responsibilities:
- Strong in Press & Stamping process and understanding drawing.
- Supervise subordinate in good discipline & cooperation to the targets / policies
- Set up and control KPI of department.
- Develop skill of subordinate
- Control production activities as planned to meet customers' requests
- Improve quality, productivity & Safety at workplace
- Cooperate and coordinate with related section to meet Corporate goals
Qualifications:
- Age 35-40 years old.
- Bachelor degree in related field.
- Experience in people management, Stamping manufacturing at least 5 years.
- Document control, have a good problem solving skill, strong leadership and able to work with team.
- Good command of English or Japanese
