Our company, a Japanese company which is famous for retail business, is seeking for Japanese Speaking HR Staff.
Job Description
- To transfer inquiries from Japanese Manager to Thai staff.
- To recruit staff
- To evaluate Staff
- To consider the allowance
- To be a HR manager
Qualification:
- Any gender, Thai Nationality, 35-40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Over 10 years' working experience as HR position.
- Having a skill about recruitment, training, allowance, HR task such as evaluating the staff and considering allowance.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese and English.
- A person who can adjustment any situation, flexible personality.
- Have experience working at big company (about 200 staff) is preferable.
Allowance and Benefits:
- OT

Working hours: 10.15-19.15, 3 times in a month: 12.40-21.40, Holiday: 6 days in month (Sat or Sun can take holiday) + 14 days (Public holiday) + annual leave 6 days from 2nd year.
