Responsibilities:
· Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
· Involves finding and researching prospective new clients to achieve KPIs.
· Negotiating the contract terms and contract signing, implementing, and finalizing.
· Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients
· Ability to analyze and research information.
· Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
· Responsible for Post-sales Services & Client Management
· Generating Qualified Leads and Opportunities for sales teams
· Sales Blitz Trips in Assigned Locations
Requirements:
· Thai Nationality
· Bachelor or Master degree in related fields.
· 10+ years in Corporate Sales
· Experiences in Property acquisition experience, Property agent, B2B sales and sales management experience is a plus
· Can manage all the problems when issues occur with the client during the service contract period
· The person that gets excited about doing big deals, high value.
· Able to reading the clients, asking questions, preparing presentations, arranging appointments with the boss. Big presentations in Big boardrooms.
· Fluent in English communication.
· Chinese is a plus.
· Confidence and Presentation skills.
· Experienced in Contract negotiation
· Understanding and interest in property, real estate, and construction
