Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Male or Female, Age 22 - 30 years
- Experienced in accounting or import / export or back office operations.
or handling accounting documents or import / export documents. - Hardworking person
- Be willing to be fast learner, well organized, self- motivated.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred.
- Computer literacy (Ms Office), Accounting system
- Open to learn new task
- Strong sense of responsibility and supportive
Job Descriptions
- Prepare accounting documents
- Make Payment voucher, AR Voucher, Selling Tax ,Withholding tax list
- Make Billing Note and Receipt
- Clear shipment with KWE , DHL , FedEx
- Make shipping document, Invoice, AWB, Delivery order
- Make Inventory check list and counting parts
