Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operation
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Manage warehouse in compliance with government regulations and company’s policies
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures to achieve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and drive continue improvement from time to time
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements and procedures
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency; manage stock control and reconcile with the storage system
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
Job Requirements :
- Degree holder in Supply Chain / Operation Management/ related discipline is preferred
- Over 10 years of working experience on factory warehouse management in sizeable companies; with at least 3 years of managerial experience
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem- solving abilities
- Result-oriented with strong leadership and management skills, self-initiative, independent, mature, able to work in a dynamic environment with a strong sense of ownership
- Good command of spoken and written Thai and English
- Basic knowledge of spoken Mandarin or Cantonese will be an advantage
