Our clients are one of the best Total Logistics Solution Providers in Thailand. In this time, we looking for an experienced candidate to join as Warehouse (Logistics/warehouse)
Responsibilities
- To be a P safety (safety chairman) of NVWH and monitor all the danger activity and take action until completion of improvement.
- To be Patrol all the warehouse and report the result to superior concerned party and take action until completion of improvement.
- Patrol of WH 1-5, GNDG 1 time in AM and report the situation to superior incase found the dangerous activity include the unwearing of safety equipment alert to that person until completion of improvement.
- Monitor the Nestlé’s Quality check point in the morning and report situation to superior. In case found irregularity, alert the warehouse operation and monitoring until completion of improvement.
- To monitor and control the employee and subcontractor's overtime next exceed 36 hrs. In hours per week.
- Make incident and accident report that happen in warehouse department and report to superior.
- To monitor, control, improve, and responsible for operation to follow as company's procedure and complied with government laws to concern.
- To monitor, control, maintain and responsible for material handling and equipment on good condition and to be ready for working.
- To verify, analyze customer's requirements and complaints and then report to superior for acknowledgement.
- To search for method to improved customer satisfaction.
- To correct data, analyze and conclude data in operation then report to Assistant GM and GM.
- To monitor, control and improve working safety in workplace.
- To maintain to quality of working procedure including ISO activity.
- To training work instruction to all employees.
- To report abnormal thing to superior.
- To manage daily operation plan including manpower for support each warehouse.
- To training Kaizen and 5S activities to all employees and subcontractor to same understanding.
- Other tasks as assign.
Qualification:
- Male or Female.
- 30-45 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in any field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Logistics or warehouse management. (Automotive part, packing and planning if any.)
- Full understanding in Logistics and warehouse operation process.
- Good command of English both written and spoken English.
- Familiar with PC.
Location: Pathumthani, Ayutthaya, Saraburi
Working hour: 08:00 -17:00 （Alt sat & sometimes working, depends on company calendar)
