Job Description:
- Plan and manage training process
- Maintain and update employee data in the system
- Coordinate with all departments to create training program
- Evaluate and develop training program
- Support hiring process included new hire orientation
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- At least 3 years work experience in recruitment and training fields
- Good command of English
- Familiar with Japanese company
