Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle overall company operation and policy.
- Recruitment Team Management and coaching.
- Maintaining and expanding the client database for recruitment business.
- Achieving company monthly sales targets by driving sales & KPI activities
- Developing and motivating the Recruitment team to achieve sales & KPI goals
- Assisting Recruitment team members by providing workable solutions and guidance for future reference
- Leading by example in terms of being a successful Recruitment Professional
- Monitor daily operations to ensure a free flow process, and supervise the execution of daily tasks
- Develop and enforce sound policies and structures for the growth of the company
- Create a strong workforce by developing competent individuals in the operations team
- Create and implement long term business plan to ensure continuity of Recruitment business operations in the long run
- Ensure client data is protected from the public and secured against fraud by enforcing access rights and verification levels
- Leading by example in terms of being a successful Recruitment Professional
Qualifications:
- Around 8 years’ experience in Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition role in MNC.
- Recruitment Agency experience would be a distinct advantage.
- Hands on experience with high achievement and proven track record in the Recruitment Industry in the market.
- Very good business level of English.
- Strong effectiveness, results orientation and analytical skills
- Motivated, proactive with good working attitudes.
- High-energy with exceptional organizational and people management skills
- Strong ability to plan and adapt to changing environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential
- Able to independently execute actions as per commitment
