Job Description

Our client is world’s leading sales and service in machinery, they are looking for potential who can fulfill their requirement as following;

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure team have the necessary skills, training an information to meet the KPI’s that company is set.
  • Develop individual performance and training plans for staffs.
  • Deliver excellent customer service; manage customer relations& promote customer retention.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to gauge customer satisfaction and check that we have met the high standards we set ourselves.
  • Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with in a timely fashion to mutual satisfaction of both our customers and service dept.
  • To answer customers’ calls, queries and complaints in a prompt and professional way.    

Qualifications:

  • Male, age 30 years old up.                            
  • Bachelor's degree of Engineering majored in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or higher in related fields.
  • At least 8 years in Service role in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Machinery is a must.
  • Good communication in English (Speaking, Reading and Writing).
  • Strong analytical thinking, technical skill and leadership skill.
  • Able to work under pressure.                            

Remark:

  • Salary: 60,000 – 80,000 THB/ month
  • Working day: only Monday to Friday

Location: Pluakdaeng, Rayong
