Job Description

Our client is a global manufacturer

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop financial plans and forecasts
  • Monitor performance & results against forecast
  • Conduct Monthly Management meetings to review monthly results, develop strategies for coming months and future opportunities
  • Prepare Monthly service Manager’s Report and Distribute to; Branch Manager, Internal Service Department Managers and General Manager
  • Prepare forecasts and budgets as required
  • Maintain inventory levels in accordance with company targets
  • Monitor performance against budget and develop strategic plans to achieve of exceed profitability
  • Regularly review overheads to ensure cost is within budgeted allowance
  • Provide possible solutions to recovering debt prior to approval of any credit
  • Develop Department Managers & Supervisors, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge and information they need to achieve their performance targets
  • Reduce the risk of injuries and specifically reduce the Lost Time injury Frequency Rate
  • Ensure adequate resources are allocated for safety purposes e.g. training, OH&S Committee meetings, supervision
  • Ensure completion rates for all PMP types are achieved as per levels required
  • Meet with, understand and address the needs of customers to help improve customer relations and retention
  • Monitor and address in a timely manner customer complaints
  • Develop and maintain a workforce plan that identifies actual staffing numbers against budget/target and then organize recruitment activity to fill vacancies as required
  • Ensure company processes and policy is followed when managing the performance of staff including where disciplinary action is required
  • Set goals for all staff and ensure they are reviewed each month through the GDR system



  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Equivalent
  • Excellent management experience
  • Experience leading a team and with P&L responsibility
  • Experience in the industrial sector would be an advantage
  • A good level of English speaking ability.
