Job Description:
- Arrange and manage delivery date projects
- follow up contract from the client and FCT information, Submit order sheet to supplier and FCT information
- arrange and manage the delivery date with suppliers and clients
- Creation and maintenance of delivery date management materials
- Delivery date adjustment / negotiation with suppliers / customers
- Coordination and negotiation with Japan (our head office / branch / supplier)
- client visit
- Handle defect products / support various document
- Response to customer requirements (acquisition and submission of various data)
- Various internal management tasks (sales budget management, inventory management, etc.)
- Sales promotion PR and follow deals for the client design department and deliver manage
Requirement:
- Only female, 29-32 yrs. Old
- any bachelor’s degree
- Good Japanese and English (N3, Toeic more than 600)
- PC Skill
- Have sales experience of electronic parts/electric or PO of electronic parts
- Various business operations using the supplier WEB system
